I am happy with the bonuses to receive in the future , salary is okay. Without bonuses I would not be happy with the salary, when I consider the other graduate roles I turned down in terms of working hours. I also understand that bonuses at my location will be less due to less job frequency and smaller tickets.

1. Pay: I think it is kind of low during the current cost of living, most of my pay goes to rent and bills and I don't qualify for home loans with banks in Brisbane. The minimum they take is $140,000 for a single person.
2. Bonuses: I don't qualify for any bonuses for the first 6-8 months

I am in a mobility package, so on top of my salary, I get shares, an international pension plan and housing support. Once a year, I also get a vacation bonus to spend on travel back to my origin location.
