Your role

As an IT Support Intern, you will be the first point of contact for technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, software, and other IT-related issues. This role is designed to provide you with hands-on experience and exposure to various IT tasks, with opportunities to specialize in data, AI, or marketing technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level support for IT-related issues and inquiries
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network problems
• Support users with Zoho applications and Google Suite tools
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals
• Document and track support requests and resolutions using ticketing systems
• Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement improvements in support processes
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned

Opportunities for Specialization:

• Data: Gain exposure to data management, analysis, and reporting tools. Learn about data security, data warehousing, and data visualization.
• AI: Work with AI technologies and tools, assist in AI model training and deployment, and learn about AI-driven solutions and applications.
• Marketing: Support the marketing team with IT-related needs, including digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and marketing automation.

About you

You are perfect for this role if you meet the following requirements:

• Final year or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking principles
• Familiarity with Zoho applications and Google Suite tools is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tasks
