What does a Sustainability graduate do? 
It depends on the team you are in, but your day-to-day tasks could include: 

  • Contribute to delivering low-carbon outcomes on projects of all shapes and sizes
  • Helping clients understand the climate change risk on their projects and helping to find ways to adapt
  • Delivering an ongoing pipeline of some of the most sustainable projects in Queensland
  • Researching sustainability initiatives to be included in projects
  • Work with an energised and engaging team
  • Working in a team who are continuously striving to improve themselves and the world around them

What do you need? 

You will ideally have a bachelor's degree qualification and have a deep interest in sustainability aspects of the built environment.  If you have some knowledge in some or all of the areas, below, please highlight it in your cover letter:

  • Design process and consultancy
  • Energy and carbon modelling
  • Economics
  • Sustainability rating tools, such as Green Star, IS or NABERS
  • Simulation software

You will be committed to improving the world we live in, seize the environmental challenges that we all face and come up with solutions that will benefit generations to come. As a graduate, you will be driven to achieve, have demonstrated personal leadership qualities and thrive in an environment where you are challenged and expected to learn, grow and drive the future of our client service, technical delivery, and project outcomes.

These full-time positions would suit students currently completing the final year of their degree or recent graduates with 1-2 years of experience
