Pay is not great. Bonuses are few and far between

I think I am around the average so i am satisfied with my pay. I am not aware of the bonus scheme at this time

As a graduate i don't have a very good understanding of pay and bonuses at a corporate job. I don't have complaints though.

I appreciate the compensation, given my career level and experience prior to starting at Stantec. The added responsibilities I've taken on early in my career, it would be great to see more alignment between effort and compensation within our team dynamic. I'm eager to reach an intermediate level, strategically aligning my goals and skills to enhance my chances of receiving bonuses and positive performance reviews, thereby increasing my earning potential.

My pay is good compared to other junior people however Stantec is known for paying a significant amount less the higher CL you go. Never heard of a bonus before and I've been here 2 years

Grad pay is pretty lacking.

The daily rate is relatively low compared to other similar consultancy companies.

At this stage I'm happy. But it would be interesting to see what the scenario after the annual review is.

I am satisfied with my graduate mechanical engineers salary of AUD$75,000 and think it's in line with market average. I've received a bonus of $1500 before but am not clear on the bonus system.

There is a disparity between my compensation and that of my counterparts within the company. This is not only for me but probably for most of the Manila staff. While I acknowledge the cost of living in the Philippines is lower, I believe there is a valid case for enhancing our compensation. Still, my starting salary is already a little higher compared to my peers in the Philippines who are at the same industry and same level, so perhaps it's fair enough. I also appreciate that my manager gives me regular bonuses and that he advocates for me. I also know there is an annual increase so that's good and something to look forward to.

I knew I was taking a pay cut coming to a consultancy, it is still underwhelming, and I didn't know that bonuses were possible.

I feel that my pay is below the national average.

The salary program is well suited for a graduate engineer.

Bit lower I feel when compared to the rest of the organisations around. With the rise in inflation the percent in increase in pay is bit average

No bonuses.

Pay is okay, and bonuses could generally be better.

Annual salary review performed, I feel fairly paid for the works done, bonuses come in the form of recognition awards which is usually $200 and acts as a good pat on the back.

Its fine. In line or a bit better than other companies in the industry.

As a graduate the salary is great, I will be completing my graduate program at the end of the year so a raise should be given. I do not have any information on what the pay will be, I am assuming it will be on a similar competitive value as it currently is.

Corporate dinners and lunches are really nice. Can claim ubers for going to and from site or when working late in the office can claim ubers home. Access to corporate health insurance policies.

I am not currently aware of these as of yet - my own laziness at looking for them

We have a lot of social opportunities and team activities that are often paid for by the company.

So many networking events for developing professionals and generous leave policies..

The perks would be having fruit and coffee readily available in the office at no expense to us. The social events are well catered for and we are treated to many social events throughout the year. It would be awesome if we could have an agreement with private health or gym memberships for the teams that require a certain fitness level to perform their jobs.

I like the social events (DPG). Just a few weeks ago, we had a painting session and we got to take home the painting. There's also an annual outing. Things like that are fun.

I don't know any perks that are offered. The only thing I can think of is DPG events.
