TAL has a great bonus element to the salary, which is always nice on top of you base.

Got unlucky with the bonus, interned with TAL after finishing uni for 6 months. I could have qualified for a bonus and leave and everything if I was put on a different system then just casual. Now if people start early, in the grad program, they are enrolled into the TAL systems and put on a part time contract. Meaning pay, bonuses, etc. will still count.

We have had some opportunities to receive bonuses which is great for our first couple of months here. Haven't actually experienced the end of year bonus' yet.

It's a very competitive starting salary and there are performance-based bonuses that consider both individual and company performance.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
TAL offers great employee, benefits so we get discounts off places like Coles and Woolies, but also JBHIFI, Iconic, ASOS, so many more, its something like 350 different retailers. The onsite gym is amazing!

The facilities in the building. There is a room for ping pong and other activities where I have spent many hours with other grads. Great to just unwind after a long day or just take a break during work.
