About you

To be successful in this role and to become part of the Graduate program you will be an individual of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent and have a Bachelor’s qualification in any field – Business, Finance, Engineering, IT, etc (having graduated or graduating in 2022-2024). The ability to communicate effectively and work well in small teams across many areas of the business is essential. Sound computing skills and the ability to think strategically and manage concurrent tasks and priorities all whilst maintaining a commercial mindset are key success drivers to being an Indigenous Graduate with them.
