The culture involves immense gaining of knowledge in short periods of time, which can pose a challenge. However, the teamwork between fellow Associates and the strong leadership and support of senior staff means that the culture is very positive and builds an "we're all in this impactful journey together" vibe.

The culture is extremely collaborative, supportive, progressive and caring. At the Associate level, there is a lot of socialisation and collegiality, and at the higher levels (support and administration) there is an entrenched sense of equality and helpfulness.

Really great culture, strong bonds and sense of humour among everyone. There is a principal and Lead Teacher, however these two do not act with any power or dominance, instead are approachable, kind and empathetic.
