ABOUT THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Sales Support Team leader, you will serve as a vital support resource for the Sales Support and Finance team, gaining exposure to various significant projects involving multiple stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensure the accuracy of data through validation and organisation.
  • Oversee the smooth processing of orders and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Efficiently manage backorders and provide timely ETA updates.
  • Skilfully coordinate deliveries, proactively addressing issues.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer contact details.
  • Responsively address customer inquiries and provide excellent service.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with various internal teams to support operations.
  • Take charge of Accounts Receivable and collections.
  • Investigate and resolve billing disputes following company guidelines.
  • Carry out general office administration tasks.
  • Adapt to specific tasks related to projects and other directives from your manager.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

The ideal candidate possesses the following qualifications and attributes:

  • A minimum of 1 year in an administrative or executive assistant role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, effective time management, and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and telephone etiquette.
  • Capacity to perform under pressure.
  • High motivation, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
  • The ability to cultivate strong relationships across the organization.
  • Demonstrates initiative and strong problem-solving skills.
