Culture at Technip Energies Australia

8.2
8.2 rating for Culture, based on 13 reviews
Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
Within the Mechanical team, part of the graduate group and part of T.EN as a whole, the culture is positive with great teamwork and cooperation. I find it is very easy here to engage and socialise with the majority of staff members no matter their role or position in the company.

There is a good work atmosphere in the office. I feel like there is good teamwork and socializing during office hours. There is a lack of afterhours activities.

Socializing is good, most people are friendly and usually willing to strike up a conversation. However, I've noticed when people tend to leave the sendoff is not usually that great, I think we could be a lot nicer as a company when someone decides to leave.

Really great culture, as the office is small, everyone knows everyone. People are friendly and helpful, willing to have a chat.

Company culture is very good. Everyone is supporting each other even outside of the office. I have not stayed long enough to judge or get involved in it. Overall is really good for now.

The company is very supportive so far in terms of learning when I reach out to the other members in the team. Socializing between the team is also minimal and nothing to rave home about. The hierarchy is pretty evident, interaction with business leaders and management is minimal.

Very healthy relationship with all colleagues
