There is diversity and a focus on hiring more women however they could have more people of color in the office. Maternity leave etc as far as I'm concerned is provided among other things.

Policy wise I think it is following the trends. But I hear microaggression comments in a weekly basis and still do not have the courage to tell people off when I hear them. Very common example: refer to a general Engineer as a he. Suggest to use people/they instead and not be bias.

There are lots of people from the other international operating centers and you are constantly working with a global team. More and more women are joining the team and there are quite a few women in senior leadership positions. But there is not many lgbtqi+ people here.
