7.8 rating for Management, based on 13 reviews
How accessible are managers and do they make good mentors? You may want to address internal communication, performance feedback or praise and recognition.
My direct manager is very accessible and helpful as he sits in close proximity to my workstation, plus is readily available on teams if not around. Management communicates well and gives recognition when it is due.

My direct managers are accessible and provide good communications and feedback. Higher up managers are more nebulous.

All managers I have interacted with seem decent - further interaction required to form a definitive assessment.

My managers have been awesome. They are really a role model for me. Their communication, praise, and recognition have been outstanding. However, I do have one concern regarding recognition. In my opinion, it seems that recognition is only given to those who are involved in important projects. I believe that the company may have overlooked the fact that there are many workers who work tirelessly on minor projects that do not receive the recognition they deserve.

There are mentors that are more helpful and help direct the direction of learning and other technical aspects. Not really accessible. Hard to reach for performance feedback.

My current manager is very considerate and always find ways to help my career growth. Not the best person to advise me on my day to day job. I trust other employees to discuss work that is more technical then my manager.
