Be yourself and being natural the better, also being nervous is okay. Show effort if you really want to get the job. Do research about the work you gonna do and the project they are involved in.

I would recommend they prepare by refreshing their memories on what they did for their thesis and their design project and preparing some behavioral questions. I would also recommend for them to be prepared to answer questions on any work experience they have had.
