Very flexible work as long as you get the work done. You have to perform with the hours that you allocate yourself.

Currently working under the 9 day fortnight arrangement, allowing every second friday off. this is prefered for me due to my long commute time and allows extra free time with only 1 extra hour of work each day.

There is really good flexibility as long as you are doing the work that needs to be done, then managers are happy to work with you on hours. Appointments are usually no issue and it was great when I was house hunting to be able to go when I needed to go to viewings.
