I'm not expecting the job-hunt at the end of the scheme to be difficult. I've had circa 50 job prospects come through via LinkedIn since joining the scheme!

The initial contract is for 2.5 years. After that, it's possible to join the senior consultants, but it depends on business demand, and as a small company, nothing is guaranteed.

There aren't really ranks at Data School, it is a two-year program and everyone is equal.

The role is more of a 2 year stepping stone for career changers or recent graduates looking to gain and/or improve their exposure to data analysis.

There aren't many ranks in the company so I'll say that progression depends more in what do you want to do and learn and focus on that. But we don't have a traditional pyramidal structure.
