What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Pay is quite generous at the lower levels, though it perhaps does not increase as much as other corporates as you move up the chain. Bonuses are not common.

I'm making good money for someone my age, I think. The University pays lower-middle level work well, but I do think that the increase in salary is not proportionate to the increase in responsibilities as your career progresses (not enough money from the work you do). This is making me consider whether I would move on later in my career to the private sector. That being said, money isn't my biggest motivator and I would prefer recognition from management over monetary incentives.

Amazing campus experience! Festivals and events right outside my office and beautiful campus grounds to explore. So far I have seen Gretta Ray and Tkay Maidza during my lunch hour as well as many other local acts!

It is difficult to establish what the perks are as dissemination of information is poor. The super at 17% is a great benefit though.

The occasional lunch can be paid for (none as of yet in my new team), but other than that, I can't think of any "perks" I have received.
