The company is quite but not completely flat. It is operating on the agile model. During office hours everyone was extremely friendly as we cooperatively worked towards completing our task. Teamwork and cooperation was high. After hours, there was very little communication or work.

we work within an agile work structure which allows squads to have the ability to support one another. Everyone is super supportive and make it easy for an individual/ team to succeed. Outside of work my team is also very sociable and we all get on with each other
