Promotion is a great possibility for graduates and employees. I think it takes being hard working and passionate about your role, showing interest in learning and asking questions. Making sure you complete all of your work to the best of your ability and double and triple checking everything you do. I think being a social person helps as well in this job as well as hitting and exceeding all of your KPI's. Showing leadership skills helps as well.
Looking forward to moving up to site engineer, then project engineer and then finally a project manager. Looking forward to running my own jobs.
Near the end of my graduation. I received training sessions bi-monthly to slowly transition into an engineering role.
