The interview process was easy and not intimidating, the interviewers listened to what I had to say and were very supported.

Was called to have a interview and was asked in the interview if i would like to accept the job. Was a very quick and easy process
5 minute phone interview followed by group interview
Group interview/open day initially, then a secondary interview with the construction manage rand regional manager. Easy process overall.
I had an interview with HR and then a second interview with HR and the Area Manager and Construction Manager
Was very good, welcoming friendly and inviting

Understand what the companies values are and research the different parts of the Winslow Group. Understand what your strengths are and make sure you can sell yourself as an employee the company will value that aligns with the values of the company.
Try to get in as an undergraduate on casual basis, Its good to learn and work at the same time which means you get to learn by books as well as on field experience.
Prior to interview, read up and learn about Winslow and what the company is about.

Have a clear intro statement about yourself and past experiences - make is easier. Be present and relaxed - the interview process is for the team to get to know you, not scrutinize you.
