What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Bonuses are really good but the pay is a lot lower than other companies.
My salary is considered low when comparing to other jobs I've had in the past or what's Offord with the hours that I'm working.
The pay is decent for an unskilled position. No bonuses.
Hard work pays off and we get looked after with pay raises and bonuses.
No bonuses so far - I think base pay is on the average/lower side of market rates.
Thoughts on pay, we are paid below award average in the industry. unsure how bonuses are calculated but a bonus is a bonus should be happy either way.
What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
They have tickets to the AFL, they give opportunities to go to different events with subcontractors, I got to go to an AFL lunch in Melbourne with one of our subbies, We get to go on bus trips, we get to go to the races together, we have a big Christmas party with the whole company in Melbourne, they pay a contribution to your petrol money, you are provided with a computer and phone.

Social events
The office makes time to do group activities, dinners etc.
