About the role:

We are currently seeking a Graduate Consultant to join our team on a full-time, ongoing basis. The role will provide internal business administration support and assist in consulting services to multiple client portfolios across a variety of industries.

Key responsibilities:

• General business administration functions.
• Assist consultants on current projects including the development, implementation and training of management systems for client portfolios.
• Conduct data analysis and research activities.
• Engage in quality assurance activities.
• Assist in project management and client liaison.
• Assist in producing high quality technical reports and documentation.

Skills and experience required to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience conducting research and analysis.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.
• Well-developed report writing skills and data management experience.  
• Willingness to learn, grow, develop and be an integral part of the team
• A positive attitude with enthusiasm and drive to engage with a growing business.
• Sound commercial awareness and willingness to assist in driving business growth.
• Unrestricted right to work in Australia
