About The Team

As we work toward our goals, we are looking for enthusiastic undergraduate students to join our growing team as a Talent Acquisition Intern. Here's an opportunity for you to work on a high-growth startup and learn about every aspect of its business. You will have the opportunity to work with the best and the brightest to continually grow this exciting company.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in 2024. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. Watch your ambitions become reality as your inspiration brings infinite opportunities at TikTok.

Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply. The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates' jobs globally. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sourcing for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key talents of all levels；
• Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimize current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency with the guidance of TA partners；
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to improve the recruiting process and efficiency；
• Ensure a great candidate experience and advocate TikTok as a great place to work for all candidates；

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification:

• Undergraduate who is currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, and related fields.
• Able to commit a minimum of 6 months or more for 3 days per week, full-time commitment is preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency in verbal as well as written English.

Preferred Qualification:

• Self-starter who has an appetite for new learning(s).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
