The Graduate Program offers tailored development activities, including several Toyota-wide experiences, projects, and mentoring opportunities. If you join you will: 

  • Participate in the World-leading Toyota Global Content Training to mould you into a Kaizen guru by learning their methodology on systems and processes.
  • Become immersed in the supply chain by experiencing the Toyota Parts Centre (TPC).
  • Learn from the customers in their Guest Experience Centre.
  • Grow your project management and problem-solving skills by taking on projects individually or together with your teammates.
  • Connect with a variety of internal and external stakeholders to build on your communication & presenting skills.

If you’re selected for the graduate program they’ll offer you a 2-year Fixed Term employment contract.

About you

The Graduate Program has multiple positions available in Altona North on a 2-year contract, commencing in January 2025, for those who have studied in the Engineering discipline (Mechanical, Process, Automotive, Electrical, Mechatronics). They are looking for Graduates who are enthusiastic about becoming future Toyota leaders.

Qualifications:

  • You are an Australian/NZ Citizen or hold a PR

Training, development & rotations

During the course of your two-year program, you’ll get a broad understanding of the organisation by undertaking multiple teams. You will have the opportunity to work across different divisions across the Victoria locations. Designed to accelerate your transition from studies to work life, the program provides you with options to build a strong career foundation and expand your leadership capabilities along the way.
