How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
No strict management of hours worked - managers rely on you to be honest with the hours worked.

This company is probably the most flexible yet still corporate company I have found to date. Work/life balance is very much a focus (at least in my experience), and usually I work 8-4:30 when I work from home.

I work two days a week in the office and the other three at home. I work a 9-day fortnight with flexibility around when I take my RDO. I can also bank a few RDOs to use when I want. I can work when I want during the day, with no predetermined set of hours, on the condition that most, if not all, of my hours are costed to capital project budgets.

There is a nine day fortnight in place for graduates, with every second Monday being a rostered day off. There is flexibility in hours, and opportunities for individuals to care for both their physical and mental health.
Office 2 days / WFH 3 days
I feel all my managers have been flexible with hours, so long as you're meeting your hours over the course of a week and getting the work done they don't mind whether you start at 7 and end at 3 or do 7 hours one day and 9 the next.
Very flexible working hours, little overtime if ever.

35 hours, flexible hours with Overtime
9-day fortnights are great. There's lots of leave options that aren't typical for a lot of companies and is relatively progressive
