The Data Graduate Program

Join Treasury Wine Estates as a Data Graduate! They are recruiting two roles that will have exposure to different parts of their Digital, Data & Technology team. The program aims to provide you with the ideal environment to foster your passions, and strengths and fast-track your career.

About you

You are the right fit for this role if you meet the following requirements:

• To be eligible for the program, you must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen or an Australian Permanent Resident at the time of application.
• You can apply for the graduate program when you're in the final year of your degree or if you have completed an Undergraduate or Postgraduate degree within the past two years, at the time of application.
• You’ll need to be available to start with us as a permanent employee in February 2025.

Training, development & rotation

The Data Graduate Program is an 18-month program with three rotations of 6 months each: 

• Data & Analytics
• Digital
• IT Operations/Cyber Security

During your rotations, you will build a broad knowledge base and deepen your skillset, whilst forming professional networks to develop your career.

Career progression

You will be a permanent employee of TWE, so you will move into a permanent role after the program finishes.
