Your role

Turners & Growers Global offers an exciting graduate opportunity within their Technical and Quality Team, providing hands-on experience with a variety of tasks alongside other graduates who have successfully built their careers at the company. This role is an excellent starting point for those looking to launch their careers in a large company and gain valuable insights into the dynamic horticulture industry. The internship requires a minimum of 400 hours of full-time work between November 2024 and the end of February 2025.

About you

You do not need any previous experience or skills in horticulture as onsite training is provided! You will just need:

• A degree from university - Studying, or recently completed, an undergraduate or postgraduate degree or qualification in Horticulture or Agriculture. 
• A positive attitude and the willingness to learn new skills
• The ability to do physical work
• A keen eye for detail
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Punctual and consistent.
• Reliable transport
