My pay is competitive for a graduate salary, however, for the role I hold full responsibility, a regular employee would almost be on double the salary to complete the exact same role. I have not received a bonus as of yet.

Good bonus scheme and starting salary tends to be very good. However, lower pay increases comparative to other FMCGs.
