I get along very well with all different levels of management here. Its nice that they go out of their way to interact with everyone

Great management, however they are often busy which means you are left to attempt things alone, which makes for great learning progressions. They are open, interesting and engaged when they are with you.

Managers are accessible, but busy. However, the mentoring program pairs a graduate with another employee in the organisation to set goals, deal with challenges that may arise in the first year of employment, and expand networks.
