How flexible is your company when it comes to hours?
My hours are very flexible. I can work anytime between 6am-6pm as long as I do 38 hours a week. I also have flex time so I can build up hours when the team is busy and take leave in slow weeks.

Come in when you can, and leave when you need to as long as you get the work done they are happy.
