What's your job about?
I joined Velrada in July 2021 and am currently working as a D365 CE Technical Consultant.
I chose Velrada because when I met some of the consultants at the Big Meet, they explained in detail about the work and technologies that Velrada engages with. It aligned with my area of interest and they were very patient with all my questions.
What's your background?
Outside of work and Velrada, I enjoy exploring different cuisines and playing football.
What's the coolest thing about your job?
Throughout my first year at Velrada, the most rewarding aspect for me was the encouragement to step outside my comfort zone and to grow as a professional. The opportunity to build connections with consultants across different practices was really helpful. My mentors always provided valuable feedback on areas where I needed to focus and grow.
3 pieces of advice for yourself when you were a student...
If I knew then what I know now I would advise myself not to fixate on a specific practice based on my field of education/study. Instead, to be more open to learning about different practices, and to give myself the chance to work in various areas before deciding on my preferences.
I recommend regularly reflecting on what you learn. Be willing to adapt your thinking and approach based on past learnings.
