Ventia Graduate Information Session

Graduates are vital to building capability, diversifying our workforce, and bringing fresh ideas to our enterprise. This in turn benefits our clients by enabling us to offer more innovative solutions and services.

The #VentiaGrad program is a two-year program consisting of three rotations over a two-year period, helping graduates to discover and learn about the many different parts of our business.

Rotations take our grads out of their comfort zone by giving them the chance to work in both corporate and in-field work environments, providing them with the opportunity to identify their goals and focus areas through meaningful work assignments, projects and networking. As a #VentiaGrad, grads are provided with ongoing mentoring, peer support and a variety of learning opportunities to accelerate their development at Ventia.
