The process was fairly long, with several interview assessments to pass through, including a skills assessment, a brief video interview, and an assessment centre.

Interview and assessment centers were organised by Skouts. The experiences have been smooth and positive. Skouts are willing to create a mock interview trail for potential candidates to help them understand what is expected.

Resume shortlisting then written assessment then video recorded interview and then 3 hours face interview via zoom. The interview was thorough and different aspect based, multiple mini interview rounds along with group work to ensure team work and leadership quality

There were several hurdles such as a phone interview, then online psychometric testing, and video interviews. After I passed these, the final assessment was a full-day interview process at an assessment centre where the company met us face-to-face and saw how we behaved in groups. The day ran smoothly and every person I spoke to was extremely approachable, which helped with the nerves.
