Very good for a graduate

Being in the government sector right now, there is a lot of security with pay and the role. I am comfortable with what I get paid and opportunities to progress further and am able to live quite comfortably.

The Graduate starting salary is very generous. Whilst there are no bonuses or significant pay rises in the Graduate program, the next level of pay is also quite generous

Obviously no bonuses in government. Very very high salary compared to industry standard for junior graphic designers. It is good that all graduates are on the same pay - helps with no competition.

Pay is tied to the publicly available VPS pay scale and is decent enough for a new graduate. Progressions become available at a roughly planned scheduled. No bonuses available as far as I'm aware.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
Deals with many shops and cafes in the city, and membership with Palace cinemas (my personal favourite).

There are a couple of partnerships where you may get a few discounts in some places (i.e., airline bonus points, discounted foods/drinks), but you may find some of the other highly rated businesses offering graduate programs (i.e., "the big 4") can have a wider array of bonuses, discounts, etc.
