This is one of the pillars of the company. No bias is made to anyone of any background or experience. Also has (I believe) a 26 week maternity leave program.

They are really accommodating in respects to their commitment to diversity. They have maternity leave for both parents and additional types of leave for caregiving and work from home flexibility.

The company has made a commitment to promoting all of the above diversity aspects. I have not seen any judgment from any individuals in terms of people expressing themselves. It is great to see such diversity within the management as well.

They review all applications fairy and recruit from a diverse range of locations and are willing to assist approved applications to training by providing them support.
