Flatter hierarchy then most places, great collegues.

Plenty of team bonding events + outings outside of work hours. Lots of cooperatrion and discussion during work hours, fairly flat company structure, strong incentives to socialise.

The company culture is very friendly and relaxed, but there is still an air of productivity around the office. The flat company structure makes it easy to talk to anyone at anytime. The social bonuses also allow us to think of the bigger picture and for us to make an impact outside of Vivcourt.

Plenty of out of work hours bonding activities like dinners, company trips and tickets to AFL games etc. Flat company structure with a few approachable key figures in upper management
