How accessible are managers and do they make good mentors? You may want to address internal communication, performance feedback or praise and recognition.
The managers seem pretty good. Very straight forward on feedback, and easy to get along with.

I have great rapport with my mentor and feel he genuinely cares about my development. I talk with him every day and he is a large part of my progress as a Graduate.
