Flexible - there is no specific starting time although we are encouraged to arrive by 9.

Very flexible with the ability to work from home. No problems when needing to take out a couple hours to go to appointments etc. This is made up for by the extra hours that may occasionally need to be worked.

It's flexible. But there is also night work due to the nature of how company operate its business.

I start work at 9am and finish at 9 with a hour break for lunch and usually I go for a walk in between for a coffee and maybe a sneaky snack. Vodafone is pretty flexible with how I use my time, especially with where I am working from.

As long as you talk with your manager, they are very understanding of your needs. They care more about the quality of your work than monitoring your hours.
