Your role

In the Zetland-based office, applicants have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through a 12-month fixed-term, full-time position within VGA. This role requires 37.5 hours of work per week, with office attendance expected for 4-5 days each week. Throughout the internship, individuals will collaborate with others, learn key skills, receive mentorship, gain exposure to processes, and contribute to projects in a dynamic and ever-changing global business environment. These internships offer a unique opportunity for professional development within the automotive landscape.

  1. Audi Sales Operations Intern
  2. Finance Intern
  3. Group Aftersales Reporting Intern
  4. Logistics Intern

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Administration and support across the function for all key stakeholders including invoicing
  • Contribute to ongoing and upcoming projects and process improvement
  • Assess and gather data and insights for the teams' reports, presentations, and more
  • Processing tasks to help maintain accurate and up-to-date records for business operations and analytics
  • Gain experience and exposure to a range of tools and systems to support business decision-making skills

About you

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:

  • 1 year or more left of study on an undergraduate degree in a related field required (Marketing, Business, Finance, Human Resources, Psychology or similar)
  • Ability to commit to 37.5 hours per week of full-time work in the Zetland office
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to support where required
  • Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Great communicator both verbal and written
  • Strong stakeholder engagement
  • Understanding or willingness to learn Business intelligence tools and other systems
