Your role

In the Zetland-based office, candidates have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through a 12-month fixed-term, full-time position within VGA. This role requires 37.5 hours of work per week, with office attendance expected for 4-5 days each week. Throughout the internship, individuals will collaborate with others, learn essential skills, receive mentorship, gain exposure to processes, and contribute to projects in a dynamic global business environment. These internships offer a distinctive chance for professional development within the automotive industry.

As the Marketing and Communications intern, you will be responsible for the assistance, support, and project work for the Audi Marketing team within VGA.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Administration support, including invoicing and budget tracking
  • Internal and external communications support, including writing and editing
  • Management of the Dealer Marketing approval system in conjunction with the wider marketing team for Corporate Identity adherence
  • Assist with ad hoc marketing programs under the guidance of the Senior Marketing Executives
  • Assist the Marketing & Communications team with the rollout of national campaign material as required
  • Provision of general support including reporting & administration tasks as required
  • Project management to support key team activities

About you

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:

  • 1 year or more left of study on an undergraduate degree or similar in a Marketing, Communications, or related field required
  • Ability to commit to 37.5 hours per week full-time work in our Zetland office
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to support where required
  • Excellent Microsoft office skills, specifically excel and PowerPoint
  • Great communicator both verbal and written
  • Strong stakeholder management and attention to detail
  • Be a team player, eager to learn, seek feedback, and be punctual
