Your role

As the Sales Operations and Network Development intern, you will be responsible for the assistance, support and project work for the Škoda team within VGA. This role is based in an office 5 days per week with some flexibility about study requirements.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Administration support, including monthly dealer performance scorecards
  • Internal and external communications support via email
  • Management of data, reporting and analytical tasks through Excel and QLIK
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks across sales operations data dashboards and data management within Škoda
  • Project management to support key team activities

Training & development

Gain hands-on experience in their Zetland-based 12-month fixed term Full-time position within VGA. This role is 37.5 Hours per week based in their office 4-5 days each week. This internship is where you will collaborate with others, learn key skills, be mentored and gain exposure to processes, and contribute to projects in a dynamic and ever-changing global business. About you

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following:

  • 1 year or more left of study on an undergraduate degree or similar in a Business, Commerce, actuarial or related field required
  • Ability to commit to 37.5 hours per week full-time work in their Zetland office
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to support where required
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and technology skills, specifically Excel and QLIK
  • Great communicator both verbal and written
  • Strong stakeholder management and attention to detail
  • Be a team player, eager to learn, seek feedback and be punctual
