Training and development is mostly incorporated in a robust program that sees graduates rotate between areas in the company. Additional training is done through third-party engineering organisations.

Mentor program - to discuss challenges at work and how to solve them etc I'd like to see more structure around the Grad program - i.e This is what you're expected to learn about in this area. Formal training opportunies - I.E Formal certifictions.

Large per person budget to pursue training. Any training relevant to job can be pursued all paid for.
