Managers are accessible, approachable and friendly. They are generally interested in your development and try to be helpful where they can.

From who I have met so far, most of them seem to be great mentors and very supportive to their team. Although some managers are supportive, they do seem to have quite a cold facade.

Managers are prepared and willing to develop young people within the organisation. Regular feedback rhythms, and recognition platforms exist.

Dependent on specific manager - some did not provide enough communication and I felt like I was not being helped or mentored. Others invested much more time and helped me do meaningful work.

Very accessible considering how busy they often are. Have always made themselves available to deal with urgent matters, and have set up a recurring fortnightly meeting to catchup with them and raise concerns, get advice, etc.

My immediate managers have been great when it comes to perfomance feedback and recognition. I actually think that the senior manager level leaders could improve by engaing more with their teams, express their vision for their area and give more praise of their team's achievements.

Depends on the team. For the most part the managers are fantastic and accessible. Once you start going one or two levels up they become harder to get a hold of.
