What are your thoughts on pay and bonuses at your company?
Westpac grad salaries are higher than other grad programs. Variable bonuses are not applicable to us - we all got a fixed bonus.

Unlcear bonus structure. I would also like if there was more clarity about the payscale for roles in the company. Grad salary is actually pretty good but could always be better.

Pay is good and in line with market. Bonuses are gradually being phased out which may annoy some.

They have just been scrapped for analysts. Quite unfair to the analysts and it should be tied in with how well the bankers do.

What are your company's best or most unusual perks? For example: free tickets, free dinners, moving expenses, taxis, pension, etc.
lots of discounts for shopping, insurance etc. I appreciate banking benefits applied to family e.g. higher interest for savings accounts, waived LMI for home loans.
