Applied online or through an agency. Phone call, then zoom interview, online testing and then proceeding to an in person interview with a Director and Principal.

Application, followed by an online recorded interview - asking questions such as "Why do you want to work here", "Why do you want to work in this field"; online problem-solving tests - e.g. finding patterns in objects, tests that you cannot really study for; and lastly a second interview focused on getting to know you, habits, interests etc.

Interview process was smooth, I was made to feel comfortable to discuss my achievements, education, and interests. I was also told a bit about the firm and the work I'd be doing. Following my interview I received a call that afternoon offering me the position.

I undertook psychometric testing and then went through two interviews - one with HR and one with my team. Both were quite smooth.

There was an introduction interview online which was a few minutes and the computer asks you questions. The second stage was a director/manager interview which was about 30-40 minutes.
