Very flexible. 37.5 hours standard

William Buck is relatively flexible. We work 8.5 hours per day with an hour break, flexibility to start anytime between 8:30 and 9 then finish between 5-5:30. We work from home 2 days a week - but we dont have any flexibility with the days - we have the choice to work from home on our non-team days

Very flexible, which is necessary for an office job.

Good flexibility. Being able to WFH 2 days and 3 days in the office provides the best balance.

It's quite flexible. You're busy one week and less busy the other.

William Buck is very flexible with their hours. As long as you are doing your hours, they don't really mind when you complete them. Most people start between 8:30am and 9am, I start at 8am (my preference). I leave by 4:30pm, others leave around 5:30pm. I am expected to complete 7.5 hours per day and they recommend we take a 1 hour lunch break. But, for example, if you had a doctor's appointment and needed to start later or leave early, they don't mind.

The work hours are very flexible, just have to meet weekly quota.
Graduate, Parramatta - 13 Feb 2023
They are decently flexible - as long as you do your 7.5 hours each day, the timing of those hours is quite flexible.
Midlevel, Sydney - 13 Feb 2023
Quite flexible, as long as you communicate they are happy to help as much as they can.
Graduate, Melbourne - 13 Feb 2023
Quite flexible. There aren't any particular office hours - If you prefer to start earlier and finish early that is fine!
Intern, Melbourne - 13 Feb 2023
Currently have 3 days in the office and 2 at home, I believe this is a good balance for me.

As a vacationer, I never had to work overtime.
Intern, Melbourne - 13 Feb 2023
Normal hours are 9- 5:30, can start earlier and finish earlier if need be. So long as you do your billable hours for the week it doesn't matter.
Graduate, Melbourne - 13 Feb 2023
William Buck is flexible although it is still required to do overtime to complete jobs as there is a lot of work you cannot finish in standard hours.

Work 7.5 hours daily in the office. Potential to WFH but I prefer to learn in office. The firm is flexible so long as your work is done and you are meeting deadlines.
