Company allows for flexible work hours, with core 10am - 3pm hours and the rest outside of that so long as you do the required hours each day. i.e. you can work 7am - 3pm or 10am - 6pm. Also highly flexible with working from home or office at the moment

The company is quite flexible regarding when, where, and for how long you decide to work for. Regardless of the occasion for long work hours, the opportunity and flexibility to decide how you proceed with this is up to you, as long as the work gets done on time.

I think it could be more flexible in terms of scheduling meetings later in the day to give those who are night owls to start later and end later

The required core hours is from 10am-3pm and the required work hours is 7.5 hours. Work from home is also allowed, while the suggestion of my team is that the WFH days should be less than 3 days.
