Justin [00:00:00] So Sakura can you tell me at Arcadis what other sort of opportunities are there outside of your day-to-day roles that grads can work on?
Sakura [00:00:06] So we have a lot of opportunities within Arcadis, mainly from two of our main sponsor organisations. So Roots of Arcadis, which basically have different opportunities, like they have extra courses which allow individuals to apply and get more skills so I was lucky to do that as well as there are some courses which can actually send you overseas and you'll work on meeting all Arcadians globally and you'll get to work on projects within a few weeks with them. There's also other opportunities which include like external networking where you get to meet a lot of people from other companies in the industry. We also do a lot of other opportunities, like not only site visits which you not only the project you're working on, but other projects as well as a lot of networking with people from within your country. So a lot of grads like nationally as well.
