Justin [00:00:00] Juliana, can you tell me what were the first few days, weeks, and the overall onboarding process, like after you got hired as a grad at Arcadis?
Juliana [00:00:08] Essentially the first week working at Arcadis was more about orientation. So I got to meet all the grads. We all spent a whole week basically in the same room getting to know each other and also getting to know some of the senior staff to do interviews with them and some small team bonding activities. And then in the first few months, I got into a few interesting projects with my team, but there was more focus on just training. And then as the nerves began to go away, I just basically the first year was revolving around getting to know the team, getting to know my role and just yeah, basically. So it revolves around getting to know my team, getting to know the role and getting more comfortable at my first job, basically.
