I like to catch up with my area foreman to run through activities for the day, drawings for an upcoming concrete pour and the status of outstanding RFIs we are chasing up.

Wherever we go we always have to check in either with the landholders or park rangers. This helps us build relationships with other land managers and also keeps us safe since they know where we are in case of an accident.
The other aspect of my job is the ability to look over the whole supply chain from mine to ship within Mineral Resources and that gives me a sense of being impactful, which helps me stay motivated.
