What grades do I need to get into PwC?

Kate Le Pontois

Early Careers Attraction & Engagement Senior Consultant

We don't have a minimum GPA needed or a cutoff for any of our graduate programs. We do look at students who've worked hard throughout uni and who are focused and driven, but we know that everyone's in a different situation.

What we do love to see is students who've improved over the years at uni. You might have had a bit of a rocky start during your first year at uni (which most people do), but we find it really valuable to see how you've regrouped and collected yourself for the following years.

There are a few technical spots within the firm where we look at how you performed in certain subjects that are relevant to the job. For example some of our deals teams are a bit more specialised so they look at how well you performed in certain maths subjects, but overall the GPA is not as important.

PwC is a massive organisation and we recruit from all degrees and backgrounds so it would be impossible for us to have a GPA cutoff. Just work hard and stay focused!
