Please describe the interview process and assessments.
I was hired in a less formal way which I really liked, this involved going for a walk and coffee with a manager and chatting about my uni experiences and what type of work I was looking for, I was hired a week later. Unsure of the more formal process.

I was recommended to Alluvium through my previous internship manager; therefore, it may be different for other graduates. There is a less rigid interview process compared to other consultancies that have external application portals and cognitive ability tests.

I was referred to the company by a person at my university. After a couple of emails, I was offered a Teams interview due to one of my interviewers being in a different state. It was a half-hour conversation with some of the senior staff. Then, I was emailed an offer.

For me it was a unique process I feel as they were urgently needing someone so the process was fast. But it was a two stage process with two formal interviews (on teams), where the first was a standard interview while the other was a logical/theory based interview.

What questions were you asked in your interviews?
The chat was very conversational, can't think of specific questions. We spoke about my university degree, what I had enjoyed, what I was interested in and what work I was looking for.

Check whether they have done something similar to what the company is doing. If so, bring them up while doing the interview.
